About Us

We offer three main services:

• You sell your property to us and move on. (Quick sales can be arranged)
• You sell your property to us and rent it back.
• You sell your property to us and rent it back, with an option to buy it back from us at a future date.

We also offer a service for landlords  

You can sell your rental property to us, even if it is occupied by tenants. We will buy even if it is currently rented out to tenants under an Assured Short hold Tenancy, the most commonly used tenancy agreement since 1989.

What happens?

We tailor solutions to suit your needs.  

• We are a small, but highly efficient, private property trading company. We are not owned by any developers, building company, development corporation or estate agency.  
• We use prearranged funds from financial institutions or from private investors who are able to make decisions quickly and provide us with funds quickly. In practice, the time taken for us to buy your house is determined by the time the solicitors take to complete the legal aspects of a property changing ownership.
• We use solicitors who treat our transactions as commercial transactions and are specialist in moving quickly, but without cutting corners. Sometimes our solicitors even exchange contracts and complete on the same day. If you want, we can recommend a solicitor who can move fast to act for you.  
• If you need us to pay your reasonable legal costs, we can do so.  
• If you want us to move really fast, we can. But if you need time to book the removal firm, or you need time to find your next home, or you want to move in the school holidays, we will wait. We will fit in with you.  
• We can even arrange for you to rent your current house from us, while you look for your next home or while you are waiting for it to be built.  

We don't charge ANY fees.   

• There are no valuation fees and, providing you are not under contract with an estate agent, there are no estate agency fees.  
• In most cases we even pay your own solicitor's reasonable selling costs.
• Our services are completely private and confidential. If you contact us, your neighbours, friends, and relatives don't need to know your business. You are not under any obligation to do anything.  
• You won't have to put a 'For Sale' board or a 'Sold' board outside your house.
• If you decide to sell to us, you won't need to have any viewings with all the work that you have to do before each viewing. An average sale often takes 10 viewings.  
• If you sell to us, you can avoid time wasters viewing your property and you don't need to tidy the place up before each visit.  
• With us there are NO survey fees to pay, NO hidden costs to pay and NO commissions to be made.  
• Unlike estate agents, we don't try to find buyers for you - we are the buyer.
• If you sell to us, you don't need to change the kitchen or bathroom. You don't need to decorate. You don't need to clean it. You don't even need to clear it of clutter. You can leave all that to us.
